Its Friday and last day of work. I got nothing to do at the office so my officemate gave me a movie to watch.  The title of the movie is “Butterfly on a wheel”. He said its a beautiful movie and he can relate to it. After watching the movie wooo! its a great definition if how its feels to be cheated. Good twist. At first i thought its a psycho killer but im wrong. I’m not going spoil the story for those who haven’t watch it.

Next week is my birthday. *sigh* you really cant stop it from coming. Tatanda na naman ako. Well, there’ s nothing special about my birthday. It’s just another ordinary day for me. I dont even feel excited when it comes. I’m planning to buy something for my self para nmn mafeel ko na special at may regalo ko sa sarili ko hahaha Just like last year, im planning to buy psp but i manage to stop my self kc feeling ko di tatagal sakin mag sasawa lang ako. Pro ngaun, im want to buy ipod touch. heheh astig e. Kaso i need to save money. *sigh*

Anyway, i got my first salary kaya ang ngiti ko hangang tenga. LOL I like my new job, di masyado presured kahit madami pinagagawa, pwede ka kumain at mag smoke anytime at pag walang gawa pwede manood ng movie. My officemate and I are planning to enroll at Meralco Foundation to learn PHP Coding kaso… ang mahal!  8k for 3 sessions. Wala sa budget. Hay… so many plans… i need a lot of strength.

I’ve been in this situation before. I would say that it’s really hard and painful. No matter how hard you try you cant just make it work anymore. Its feels empty although you’re together. You both want to make it work but there’s so many things that happened that you cant just glue them back and everything will be alright. It leaves traces. Traces that makes the spark disappear.  All you can do is move on and cherish the memories and be thankful that they been part of your life. The feelings and pain can go away but they will never be forgotten. I’ve been empty but somebody found me. She makes me whole again.

Two weeks since i started on my new job. My schedule is 9pm - 6am. *sigh* Its really different when you work during the day. Ngayon parang wala ka nang buhay. Pag uwe mo ng 6am tutulog ka then pag gising mo papasok kana. Di ko na madate ang sweetie ko… :(  Before im asking my self bakit di pumapayat yung mga night shift… hahaha now i know, pano kaen pala ng kain para di antukin wahahaha lalong nasira nag diet ko. Ngaun kailangn ko bumili na ng damit pano masikip na ang mga damit ko. hay gastos…

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Long-term coffee drinking does not appear to increase a person’s risk of early death and may cut a person’s chances of dying from heart disease, according to a study published on Monday.

Previous studies have given a mixed picture of health effects from coffee, finding a variety of benefits and some drawbacks from the popular drink. The new study looked at people who drank caffeinated or decaffeinated coffee.

Researchers led by Esther Lopez-Garcia of Universidad Autonoma de Madrid in Spain followed 84,214 U.S. women from 1980 to 2004 and 41,736 U.S. men from 1986 to 2004.

They found that regular coffee drinking — up to six cups a day — was not associated with increased deaths among the study’s middle-aged participants. In fact, the coffee drinkers, particularly the women, experienced a small decline in death rates from heart disease. Read the rest of this entry »

Did you know a myth that the elephant are scared of mouse? Well, it’s true. Believe it! I watched it on mythbusters. They went to Africa and they exposed the mouse on the elephants and they totally avoid the mouse! they didn’t freak out but they really avoid and try get out on the presence of the tiny mouse. It’s a jaw dropping truth. Cool eh!
